We are recruiting an AI Lead for a healthcare organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Work with enterprise AI solutions and lead the artificial intelligence domain at the district or organizational unit level
- Identify business needs and opportunities to streamline processes using AI
- Define Use Cases and functional requirements for AI agents
- Lead initiatives from the definition stage through implementation and deployment
- Prioritize projects and route them to the relevant stakeholders
- Support change management and implementation processes and drive solution adoption among employees
- Work on an ongoing basis with field teams, headquarters, the Technology Division, and Organizational Learning & Development
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience leading digital or technological projects
- Experience in analyzing business and organizational processes and defining solutions
- Familiarity with AI principles and Microsoft solutions such as: Copilot and Azure AI
- Experience working with technological teams and coordinating between business and technological stakeholders
- Experience working with multiple interfaces and leading cross-organizational processes
