Cyber Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a Cyber Technology Project Manager for a government organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading end-to-end technological projects, from initiation, specification, and requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, and go-live
• Leading internal projects as well as national-level projects intended for the public, with a focus on cyber defense solutions, information-sharing platforms, national monitoring systems, and Big Data and analytics solutions
• Promoting broad technological and infrastructure processes to reduce the attack surface and strengthen national readiness against cyber threats

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in managing IT and technology projects
• Experience leading large-scale technological projects, including writing HLD/LLD documents and conducting specifications with clients
• Experience managing projects in the cyber and information security domain and familiarity with defense solutions and data communications
• Experience working with Data environments and Big Data solutions
• Experience working with MS Project or Jira and vendor management
