Backend Tech Lead

Wanted: Backend Tech Lead for an innovative gaming company in Tel Aviv (hybrid).

This is a very rewarding full‑time position.

The chosen candidate will design and build high‑performance backend services for large‑scale mobile games, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and serve as a technical expert within a fast‑growing B2C gaming environment. Experience in B2C companies is required.

Job Responsibilities:

● Design, implement, and maintain high‑performance backend services using C#

● Work with MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, and similar technologies to ensure data integrity and optimal performance

● Develop and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs

● Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver new features seamlessly

● Act as a subject‑matter expert and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team

Job Requirements:

● Minimum 6 years of experience as a Backend Developer

● Strong hands‑on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL

● Proven experience designing and developing robust RESTful APIs

● Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach

● Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

● prior experience in B2C companies (gaming, consumer apps, or similar)

Advantages:

● Extensive experience with C# and the .NET framework

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

● Knowledge of security best practices

● Experience optimizing performance in high‑traffic environments
