About The Role
You own operational excellence and project execution across the vertical. You bridge business strategy, sales needs, and technological capabilities, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
You will streamline workflows, optimize tools, and implement systems that amplify cross-functional effectiveness - making our platform smarter, faster, and more reliable for both users and professionals.
What You Will Be Doing
- CRM & Tech Stack Leadership: Lead the optimization and enhancement of our CRM ecosystem (Salesforce, Dealhub, LeadIm), turning it into a powerful engine that accelerates sales, reduces bureaucracy, and drives measurable results
- Product-to-Market Coordination: Drive new product and initiative launches from GTM strategy to post-launch adoption, ensuring smooth execution and measurable outcomes
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Connect Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment, shared accountability, and seamless execution across the vertical
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline workflows, remove bottlenecks, and implement automated processes that maximize speed, accuracy, and impact on the business.
- Strategic Project Execution: Transform vertical goals into actionable, prioritized initiatives, ensuring projects deliver on time, on budget, and against commercial objectives
- Executive Support: Craft executive-level presentations and reporting that solve operational challenges and enable data-driven, strategic decision-making
- Operational Excellence & Delivery Mindset: Proven ability to turn complex, cross-functional initiatives into structured, actionable results
- CRM & Tech Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing CRM workflows and operational tools (Salesforce, Dealhub, LeadIm a plus)
- Business Acumen: Strong commercial sense; able to understand trade-offs, manage risks, and see how operational decisions impact the bottom line
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Skilled at collaborating with diverse teams, driving consensus, and ensuring shared accountability
- Data-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in execution, tracking metrics, and leveraging data to drive smarter decisions
- Communication & Influence: Fluent in English, able to craft executive-ready presentations and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
