Working within a fast-paced and highly technical environment, you will partner with marketing, business development, and product teams to optimize performance across Web3 channels, creators, and global events. You will build advanced attribution models, real-time dashboards, and predictive frameworks that directly influence strategy and investment decisions. Accountabilities

• Lead advanced on-chain data analysis using SQL, indexers, and subgraphs to track protocol activity and real-time ecosystem performance.
• Design and manage multi-channel attribution models connecting social, KOL, and web engagement data to on-chain conversions and wallet activity.
• Build and maintain real-time performance dashboards and “war room” analytics environments using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Develop AI-powered and sentiment analysis frameworks to extract actionable insights across social channels, protocols, and geographic markets.
• Apply predictive modeling techniques (Python or R) to forecast liquidity trends, user acquisition efficiency, and trading volume triggers.
• Analyze KOL, creator, and partner ROI to optimize onboarding, retention, and transaction volume performance.
• Support business development with data-driven shortlists, builder funnel tracking, and event impact analysis across global Web3 conferences.
• Own KPI reporting across core ecosystem metrics, ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly performance insights and competitive benchmarking.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics within Web3, DeFi, or L1/L2 blockchain ecosystems.
• Advanced SQL capabilities and experience querying on-chain data sources.
• Strong expertise in marketing attribution tools, including GA4, server-side GTM, and performance tracking systems.
• Proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience using Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for predictive modeling and advanced data analysis.
• Familiarity with social intelligence tools and sentiment analysis platforms within the crypto ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of prediction market mechanics, decentralized trading models (CLOB vs. AMM), and broader Web3 market dynamics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical logs and blockchain data into clear growth strategies.
