The Role: Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product's direction, leading cross-functional execution, and optimizing the player experience to meet both engagement and commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Build and maintain a persuasive product vision and roadmap that aligns with our long-term business objectives and current market shifts.
• Market Analysis: Perform deep-dive research into player behavior and gaming trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Feature Lifecycle: Partner with development and game design teams to scope, prioritize, and document functional requirements and new game features.
• End-to-End Leadership: Guide multidisciplinary teams through the entire development cycle. You will be responsible for establishing project milestones, timelines, and delivery goals.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Use a rigorous testing framework to refine features based on player feedback, behavioral analytics, and core KPIs.
• Revenue Strategy: Design and implement monetization models that drive growth while maintaining a high level of player satisfaction and ensuring a fair gaming environment.
  
  

• Professional Background: 4 or more years of experience as a Product Manager specifically within the gaming industry.
• Sector Expertise: Previous experience in the gaming sector or with social casino platforms is required.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple complex projects and competing priorities at once.
• Methodologies: Practical experience with Agile development processes and standard product management software.
• Analytical Depth: A strong data-centric mindset with the skill to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and turn them into clear, actionable strategies.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to work both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative partner in a high-speed, evolving startup environment.
