The Role: Senior Business Analyst

In this role, you will lead the analytical strategy for your specific product domain. You will be responsible for driving business growth through deep-dive statistical research and data analysis, ensuring our products reach their full potential in a competitive market. This is a high-visibility position where your insights will directly influence the companys trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, CRM, Customer Support, and VIP teams to produce integrated analyses and technical documentation.
• Behavioral Research: Conduct continuous studies on user behavior to establish performance baselines and identify critical anomalies or trends.
• Data Visualization: Design and maintain sophisticated dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate complex data into clear business narratives.
• Goal Setting: Define project objectives and core KPIs, while establishing internal data policies and best practices.
• Actionable Solutions: Identify and recommend product improvements based on rigorous data evaluation and projected business impact.
  
  

• Professional Experience: 4 or more years of analytical experience within the B2C online gaming or entertainment sectors.
• Technical Skills: Advanced SQL proficiency with a proven track record of querying large, multifaceted datasets across various sources.
• BI Expertise: Practical experience using visualization platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity working within cloud-based environments like GCP or AWS.
• Soft Skills: Top-tier communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-centric environment.

• Statistical Logic: Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical modeling.
