Who We Are Looking For

A strategic leader with a proven ability to drive execution and foster alignment across complex R&D organizations. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief R&D Officer and R&D leadership, participating in key management and execution forums to promote progress, alignment, and effective delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination, and follow-through across interfaces, enabling execution at scale.

What You Will Do

• Drive execution and alignment of complex R&D initiatives through collaboration with domain owners
• Ensure follow-through and closure of key R&D initiatives
• Participate and facilitate R&D planning, prioritization, and execution forums
• Lead the development and betterment of R&D processes and support their execution
• Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, and facilitate resolution through cross-functional coordination
• Serve as a focal point for Defense-related R&D activities
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in R&D or engineering organizations, including senior leadership roles
• Strong technical background
• Experience driving execution across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Background in satellite communications / telecom / networking systems – advantage
• Experience operating in global, matrix organizations
• Strong execution and delivery mindset
• Broad system-level perspective
• High ownership and accountability, without reliance on formal authority
• Clear, concise communicator with strong leadership presence
• Comfortable operating through interfaces in complex, fast-changing environments
