Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our end-to-end CI/CD platforms at scale.
• Design, build and maintain scalable, highly available, resilient and secure Dev, Staging and Production environments.
• Lead infrastructure codification using industry-standard tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm and Packer.
• Design and implement observability solutions (monitoring, logging, alerting) in Kubernetes-based environments.
• Own and codify artifact registries and package management solutions (e.g. Artifactory, Harbor).
• Take a leading role in deep-dive troubleshooting of complex production issues.
• Drive technical post-mortems, identify root causes, and translate insights into long-term improvements.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor within the DevOps team, influencing best practices and architectural decisions.
  
  

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps / Infrastructure experience in production environments.
• Strong experience with Linux operating systems (Debian/Ubuntu preferred).
• Proven hands-on experience operating Kubernetes at scale, including provisioning and managing high-availability clusters.
• Strong experience with observability stacks:
• Logging (e.g. EFK / Loki)
• Monitoring (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Mimir)
• Proven experience with CI tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Proven experience with CD tools, preferably ArgoCD.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Packer).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes templating mechanisms (Helm).
• Strong scripting and programming skills (Bash, Python, Go, Java or similar).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts, workflows and best practices.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  
  

• Experience with Rancher / K3s.
• Experience working in air-gapped Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with microservices-based architectures.
• Experience working with databases (SQL / NoSQL).
