We are looking for a Senior Mobile Team Lead to lead a team in the mobile group, and join the mobile group leadership team. Monday apps serve over 600K of users worldwide, bringing AI, exceptional craft and powerful capabilities helping users perform their work on the go.

As a Senior Team Lead, you will be leading and accountable for the team's health, culture and growth, perfect execution and major impact for the company. Collaborating with tech leads, you will build and support an amazing team of great engineers, many of them veteran tech leads, in a squad with design, analyst and the product manager.

About The Role

• Recruiting top talents, mentoring, building processes, engineering culture, etc.
• Be both a technical leader and people manager.
• With the team leadership, form and drive strategy and execution to create company level impact.
• Set clear expectations and context to create a positive work environment based on accountability and ownership.
• Work closely with the ״Builders״ in Monday - product, designers, and developers - to execute our roadmap as well as keeping constant communication with the client-facing teams.
• Our stack - Swift, Kotlin, RxSwift, Combine, Coroutines, Room DB, Swift UI, Compose, node.js, Ruby on Rails
  
  

• Proven success record (5+ years) managing teams in hyper growth tech companies.
• Impact-driven, and business-oriented. Passion for building high-end products and cultivating great engineering culture.
• User and product first, creating delightful experiences with high user satisfaction
• Ability to scale out the team, nurturing talents, and high-paced hiring.
• Experienced in both complicated and common mobile architecture patterns of high concurrency and scale, in a multithreaded environment.
• Problem solver, with ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Excellent communicator with ability to convey a message in a structured, purposeful way.
• Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment..
