We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Controller to join our finance team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in day-to-day accounting functions across all entities, ensuring accurate and timely management of accounts.
• Lead and actively drive the monthly and annual financial closing processes, collaborating with teams to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with US GAAP.
• Support core accounting processes, including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, leases, expenses, accruals, and inter-company transactions, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
• Perform account reconciliations, analytical reviews, and variance analysis, including banking reconciliations and salaries accounting.
• Work closely with external auditors and US tax advisors to support annual audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Support intercompany transactions, statutory reporting, and provide oversight for transfer pricing documentation and related processes (advisory support only).
• Draft and maintain accounting memorandums to document policies, judgments, and key transactions.
• Participate in ad-hoc financial analyses and global projects as needed to support the Finance team.
  
  

• CPA (Big 4 background - required)
• 1 - 2 years of post-internship experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP - mandatory
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements
• Advanced Excel skills - mandatory
• Experience with accounting systems (NetSuite - advantage)
• Experience with multi-currency transactions
• Fluent English (spoken & written) - mandatory
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
