We are looking for a Presale Engineer to join our Team. The Presales Manager will participate in building the customers technical understanding and Paragon’s KSP’s during the sales process. As part of the sales team, the PSE works closely with sales, marketing, and product management to demonstrate product capability, inspire confidence, and effectively communicate Paragon’s technological values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Managers to drive new business and support the full sales cycle.
• Present and demonstrate Paragon’s products (demos, POCs, executive meetings) and lead/support RFI/RFP and tender processes.
• Serve as the technical focal point for Sales, working cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Support, and Customer Success.
• Build and maintain demo and POC environments.
• Train partners and customers as needed.
• Significant travel required (50%+).
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering / Technical Sales within the Cyber Security or Intelligence solutions domain, working with international clients
• Proven hands-on experience delivering technical product demonstrations for complex software systems
• Strong ability to engage in deep technical discussions and influence cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Sales)
• Ability to translate operational and business requirements into technical solutions and architectures
• Solid technical orientation with a clear understanding of system design, data flows, and integration points
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel frequently on short notice
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex environments
• Near-native English proficiency (spoken and written) - must
