Product Manager Director

Paragon is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup, revolutionizing the industry with a groundbreaking product.

We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our product management group.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, leading, and scaling the Product Management function. While translating business vision and strategy into high-quality execution, strong PM craft, and consistent product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and translation of product vision and strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and clear ownership.
• Oversee product delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring timely execution, quality, and impact using data and customer insights to guide decisions and improvements.
• Build and sustain a strong product culture by defining and enforcing product management best practices that drive accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused quality.
• Partner closely with executive leadership, R&D, and go-to-market teams to align priorities and drive cross-company initiatives.
• Balance short-term execution with long-term strategic investments, informed by customer feedback, data, and market trends.
• Act as a key voice of the customer, ensuring real-world needs and feedback are deeply embedded in product decisions.
  
  

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (Director / Group PM / equivalent).
• Proven experience leading and scaling product teams, including managing managers and senior product leaders.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and ownership of the full product lifecycle at scale.
• Deep understanding of the cyber domain, with the ability to shape product strategy around complex cyber challenges and real-world customer scenarios.
• Excellent strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills, with a strong business and customer orientation.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with experience working closely with executives and senior stakeholders.
• A data-driven mindset with demonstrated success using metrics, customer insights, and market analysis to guide product decisions.
• Experience partnering closely with advanced R&D functions (e.g., security research, threat intelligence, or deep-tech teams).
• Strong experience in client-facing engagements, able to articulate product vision and value, gather strategic feedback, and build long-term trust with customers and partners.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other iterative development methodologies in complex, fast-paced environments.
