Job Description:

• End-to-end responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of backup systems, PKI infrastructure, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) in a complex and regulated enterprise environment.

• The role includes management and operation of Veeam Backup & Replication systems, planning and maintenance of Microsoft AD CS (PKI) infrastructure, and management of the CyberArk PAM + PSM environment.

• Leading automation processes using PowerShell, handling complex incidents, leading post-mortem investigations, working closely with Information Security, Network, and Application teams, and meeting high SLAs in a critical 24/7 environment.

• Managing and planning backup and recovery policies (including DR, RPO/RTO) in a Veeam environment.

• Operating and maintaining enterprise PKI infrastructure (AD CS, certificate templates, CRL/OCSP, lifecycle).

• Managing the CyberArk PAM + PSM environment and hardening privileged accounts.

• Writing automation scripts in PowerShell.

• Monitoring, performance optimization, and system hardening.

• Working with SOC / Blue Team and supporting regulatory and information security audits.

• Participation in on-call duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience as an Enterprise System Administrator (500+ servers).

• Proven experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, including DR.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AD CS (PKI) infrastructure.

• Experience working with CyberArk PAM + PSM.

• High proficiency in PowerShell.

• Experience working in a regulated environment with high SLAs.

• Experience with NDES / SCEP, HSM – significant advantage.

• Familiarity with C-View for PKI monitoring – significant advantage.

• Experience integrating with SIEM systems – significant advantage.

• Relevant certifications (Veeam VMCE, Microsoft, CyberArk) – significant advantage.

• Experience in the healthcare / financial sector – significant advantage.
