Elbit Systems is looking for a Product Manager or Product Development Lead to join the Haifa site.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the development of hardware‑based products such as computers and sensors from the requirements stage through production and delivery to the customer
Write product requirement and specification documents and analyze product performance
Manage all stages of development within a multidisciplinary team (hardware, logic design, mechanics, software, and more)
Conduct internal and external development reviews
Lead the development of electro‑optical, mechanical, and electrical test equipment
Oversee integration and design validation processes
Transfer products to production
Provide product integration support at customer sites
Prepare project work plans and budgets
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Previous experience in systems engineering / product management / technical management
At least 5 years of experience in board design — Mandatory
Experience in logical design, FPGA, or product management — Advantage
Experience leading projects combining hardware, firmware, electro‑optics, and software — Advantage
Experience writing requirements and specification documents for boards and assemblies — Advantage
Experience leading matrix, multidisciplinary teams — Advantage
System‑level vision, responsibility, organization, and independent learning ability — Advantage
