A established, profitable B2B Analytics and FinTech company is seeking a technical leader for its infrastructure domain.

The company develops advanced online platforms that connect suppliers and customers, automating procurement processes and providing real-time market insights for the consumer goods industry.

By processing high-volume sales data and offering specialized financial services, they serve as a critical data backbone for the market.

The company is located in Central Israel and operates a hybrid work model with one day of remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Leadership & Hands-on: Managing a team of 4 System Engineers with a 70% hands-on focus.
• Hybrid Infrastructure: Overseeing and maintaining complex On-Prem and Cloud (AWS/Azure) environments, including two active Data Centers.
• Core Systems: Leading the management of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, and storage/backup arrays.
• Production Management: Ensuring the reliability and performance of high-scale production environments.
• Strategic Projects: Driving cross-organizational infrastructure upgrades and implementing advanced technological shifts.
• Reporting: Working directly under the CISO to maintain high security and operational standards.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in a management or team lead role – Mandatory.
• Deep professional experience with Windows-based environments and system development – Mandatory.
• Proven experience managing Cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) – Mandatory.
• Strong background in managing and scaling Production environments – Mandatory.
• Expert knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V) and networking.
• Experience with enterprise-grade storage, backups, and data center operations.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects while remaining deeply involved in execution
