UAV Program Quality Manager

Elbit Systems is looking for a UAV Program Quality Manager to join the Aircraft Division sites in Haifa or Modi’in

:In this role you will

Plan and manage quality activities across UAV programs

Write, initiate, and manage quality plans

Work directly with customers on all quality-related aspects

Review and approve program documentation

Conduct quality reviews and audits for programs

Provide ongoing support and guidance to engineering interfaces during development processes

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering

M.Sc. in Quality and Reliability — Advantage

At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance

Strong understanding of development processes — systems engineering, hardware and software, testing, configuration control, product support, and safety requirements

Knowledge of POD and ATP processes

Familiarity with military programs, preferably airborne systems — Advantage

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent command of Hebrew and English with strong communication skills

Willingness to travel abroad as required
