Elbit Systems is looking for a Quality Engineer specializing in hardware and system development processes, to join the Haifa site
Main Responsibilities
Lead quality control processes for hardware and system development projects
Provide professional guidance to design teams throughout all development phases from a process‑quality perspective
Adapt and implement quality engineering processes, including clarification of regulatory requirements (such as AS9100 and DO‑254 standards)
Serve as a professional focal point, identifying opportunities for cross‑organizational improvement, participating in and supporting failure analyses
Education
Academic degree in Electronics Engineering
Professional Experience
Proven experience in hardware/system development
Experience in aerospace systems development processes — Advantage
Proven experience in quality assurance processes and in‑depth knowledge of relevant standards
System‑level understanding, dynamic personality, and excellent interpersonal skills
High‑level English (speaking, reading, and writing) — Mandatory
