A leading financial institution is looking for an experienced AI / GenAI Developer to join a cutting-edge technology team, developing advanced AI and GenAI solutions — from design and architecture to production deployment.

Designing and implementing AI and Generative AI solutions within a large-scale, regulated organization. The role involves working with advanced language models, data systems, and scalable cloud-based architectures while meeting strict security and compliance requirements.

• Develop and implement AI / Machine Learning / GenAI solutions
• Work with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures
• Develop .NET services and interfaces to consume AI models and solutions
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems (API, Backend, organizational platforms)
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Security, and DevOps teams
• Optimize performance, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or 400+ hours AI course)
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience developing AI solutions
• Experience working with LLMs and GenAI platforms (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / AWS)
• Experience with RAG and Vector Databases (Pinecone / PGVector / FAISS)
• Experience working in Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong hands-on development experience with .NET / C#
• Backend and API development experience (.NET or Python)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and production model integration
• Experience consuming external AI services via APIs
• Good understanding of data structures, databases, and SQL

• Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps processes
• Experience working in large-scale or regulated organizations

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Technological curiosity and passion for AI
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
