Join a leading division specializing in advanced unmanned aerial systems and airborne technologies. The role focuses on development, integration, and engineering support of electro optical payloads for UAV platforms.

The position includes:

• Leading or participating in development and procurement processes with subcontractors for electro optical payloads and applications

• Preparing specifications, conducting design reviews, reviewing and approving engineering documents, performing acceptance testing, development and qualification tests, and supporting customer integration and training until final acceptance

• Leading or participating in end to end integration of electro optical payloads and applications in UAV systems including requirements and interface definition, environmental conditions, integration design, system integration, integration testing, and flight tests

• Providing engineering leadership and support in activities with customers including preparation of technical descriptions and engineering responses for marketing needs, writing engineering reports and documentation, training, participating in failure investigations, and promoting corrective actions

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering required

• At least 5 years of experience in development of electro optical systems required

• Experience in product development and integration processes including writing engineering specifications and Statements of Work required

• Experience managing subcontractors and working with customers required

• Full professional proficiency in English required

• Familiarity with airborne military systems is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with the UAV domain is a strong advantage
