Role Description 📋

We are seeking a highly experienced EPC Permits Manager to join our team for a large-scale, national infrastructure project. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Northern Israel.

In this senior role, you will represent the international partnership, leading the acquisition of all necessary permits and managing complex statutory processes. You will serve as the primary liaison between the project and regulatory authorities, ensuring full compliance with local regulations while coordinating closely with design and execution teams to meet ambitious project milestones. This is a unique opportunity to work at an international standard on one of the country's most significant engineering ventures. 🌍

Qualifications 🎓

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture – Mandatory.
• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in project management, specifically within the planning or statutory/permitting phases.
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. You must be able to navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and precision. 🤝
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken) is required for communication with global partners.
• Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in utilizing digital project management tools and reporting software. 💻
• Availability: We are looking for a candidate who can start immediately or within 1-2 months (ideally joining us by the post-Passover period). 📅
