Head of Analytics & AI Delivery

M:AD Growth is looking for an experienced 'Delivery Leader' to head our multidisciplinary analytics and data engineering function. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex data projects, ensuring technical excellence and driving measurable impact for our enterprise clients. This is a role for a "builder-manager" who can translate high-level strategy into high-performance data operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Data Engineers and Analysts, driving advanced AI methodologies and analytical standards to redefine how the team operates and delivers.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle: from building robust data foundations and tracking architectures to delivering actionable reports, visual dashboards, and deep-dive analyses, culminating in the deployment of predictive models and automated workflows.
• Define and enforce methodologies for GA4, Looker Studio Big Query architecture.
• Guide the team in acting as lead "diagnosticians", identifying growth opportunities and root causes of performance gaps to provide clear, ROI-driven optimization roadmaps.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in the field of Data Engineering / Marketing Analytics / Product Analytics.
• Proven experience managing a team of 5+ direct reports within a large enterprise organization, global agency, or high-growth consultancy.
• Deep hands-on expertise in GA4 and the Google Cloud Ecosystem (Big Query, Looker Studio, Vertex AI).
• A strong track record of leading complex projects to successful completion, with a relentless focus on meeting KPIs, adhering to timelines, and creating tangible business value for stakeholders.
• Proven ability to move organizations from static reporting cycles to high-velocity, data-driven decision-making environments.
