Real Estate & Business Development Analyst

Union Properties is a leading real estate investment and development company, part of the Union Group. The company specializes in identifying, developing, and managing high-yield commercial and strategic real estate projects, focusing on long-term value creation and excellence in execution.

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Experienced Business Development & Real Estate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in evaluating new ventures, analyzing large-scale lease agreements, and shaping the financial strategy of our diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive financial feasibility studies and planning evaluations for new deals and development projects.
• Analyzing large-scale tenant lease transactions and potential acquisitions (calculating deal profitability, development costs, and pricing models).
• Building and maintaining complex financial models to support decision-making.
• Preparing executive-level presentations and detailed financial reports for senior management.
• Collaborating with external partners, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Performing market research, monitoring real estate trends, and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or Appraisal – Mandatory.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business development, or income-producing real estate – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in financial evaluations of lease transactions and/or real estate projects – Significant advantage.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong skills in creating executive management presentations.
• High analytical capabilities, sharp business acumen, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
