The Role:

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role combines deep analytical work with business-oriented decision-making and real ownership.

You will manage performance within your domain – analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and translating insights into practical actions, while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple industries.
• Own performance and budgets in competitive global markets.
•  Analyze performance and market data to drive actionable decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities through market and competitor research.
• Implement analytical tools, methodologies, and processes to improve performance.

Qualifications:

• High proficiency in Excel – must (advanced analytical use)
• Strong ownership mindset – ability to manage a domain end-to-end
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) from a recognized university – required
• Relevant fields include: Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Psychology, Law, PPE, or similar analytical disciplines.
• Strong academic performance – honors degree or high Psychometric / GMAT score is a meaningful advantage.
• Very good English – written and verbal.
