About the role

We are looking for an Operations professional.

This is a headquarters level role that requires a strong affinity for technology and the ability to see the big picture. The role connects needs, processes, systems, and people, ensuring that everything moves forward in a smart, coordinated, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Create structure, order, and coordination across all technological processes and initiatives in the company
• Ensure that processes and developments align with and meet the company’s objectives
• Translate business and organizational needs (inputs and outputs)
• Work on an ongoing basis with a wide range of internal stakeholders
• Orchestrate processes that intersect across systems, projects, and people

Qualifications:

• At least 4–6 years of experience in cross-functional operations roles/PMO– required
• Strong understanding of systems, processes, and technology – required
• Experience working with multiple interfaces and external stakeholders
• High ability to integrate, structure, and maintain a systemic, end-to-end view
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
