System Engineer COMINT Intelligence Systems | Ashdod, Israel | IAI

ELTA Systems is seeking a System Engineer to join the Intelligence, Communications, and Electronic Warfare division. The role focuses on advanced COMINT intelligence systems and complex multidisciplinary engineering projects.

The position includes:

• Systems engineering for multidisciplinary intelligence systems

• Definition, characterization, and management of system and subsystem requirements

• Definition of performance specifications

• Engineering leadership of design, testing, and delivery processes

• Characterization of new intelligence systems and products

• Technical participation in marketing activities and system demonstrations for customers in Israel and abroad

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics, or Software Engineering required

• At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering required

• Experience or theoretical knowledge in RF required

• Full professional proficiency in English including speaking, reading, and writing required

• Familiarity with intelligence systems is a strong advantage

This role offers the opportunity to take an active and meaningful part in the engineering of complex and innovative intelligence systems at the forefront of technology. The position includes close engineering collaboration with development and testing teams, hands on validation of system capabilities in operational environments, and involvement in the engineering aspects of proposals and technical support for marketing activities with customers in Israel and internationally.
