• Global Playground: Manage large-scale budgets for diverse brands across Israel and the globe in multiple verticals.
  

• Lead the Strategy: Own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns across every relevant platform (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bing, Native, etc.).
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with SEO experts and Data Analysts to create a unified, data-backed roadmap for our clients.
• Business-First Optimization: Go beyond CTRs and CPAs. You will dive into the client’s economic drivers to ensure our campaigns drive real, bottom-line impact.
• Innovate: Use AI tools to streamline operations and find creative ways to beat the competition.
  

• 2+ Years of Experience: A proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns (Google & Meta are mandatory; experience with other platforms is a major plus).
• Analytical & Creative Hybrid: You have a "head for numbers" (Excel/GA4 is your second language) and a "heart for storytelling" (compelling copywriting and a good eye for creatives).
• AI Enthusiast: You are tech-savvy and excited about integrating AI into your workflow.
• Communication: Native Hebrew and Fluent English - a must for our international operations.
• Team Player: Someone who loves the office-first, collaborative family vibe of a boutique agency.
