Lead Simulation Systems Engineer | Lod | IAI
ELTA Systems Division is looking for a Lead Simulation Systems Engineer to join its Dry Land facility. The role focuses on developing advanced simulation and training systems for autonomous platforms.
The position includes:
• System engineering for range laboratories, simulators, and training systems
• Modeling sensors, effectors, and various platforms
• Building architectures and defining interfaces between subsystems
• Leading engineering efforts and managing work plans with the end customer
• Collaborating with subcontractors
• Guiding and supporting development processes across engineering teams in multiple disciplines including hardware, software, and algorithms
What we’re looking for:
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Exact Sciences
• Proven experience in System of Systems simulation, training architectures, and system integration
• Experience developing simulators, trainers, and autonomous systems (AI) is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as VrForces and UNITY is a plus
• Strong learning ability, teamwork, and self-management skills
• Initiative and process leadership capabilities
