At Tarzo, we’re building the operating system for media buying — a unified platform where automation, real-time decisioning, and AI-driven creatives power performance at scale. Our goal is simple: remove the manual grind and let top media buyers move faster, smarter, and bigger.

We’re hiring a Campaign Manager to own performance end-to-end and help shape the niches, partners, and directions we invest in.

What You'll Own

Full ownership of campaigns: research, launch, optimize, scale
Large monthly budgets with real accountability
Development of new niches and growth opportunities
Direct ownership of key partner relationships (platforms, affiliates, publishers)
Proactive testing and expansion into new verticals
Close work with founders, media leadership, product, and creative

Who You Are

1+ years of high-scale performance marketing experience (ecom, leadgen, arbitrage) - a MUST
Comfortable owning both results and partner relationships
Strong commercial and analytical instincts
Confident managing big budgets in fast-moving environments
Independent, sharp, and execution-driven
Strong English + Excel/Sheets
Curious, competitive, and ambitious
