Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in defining the vision, prioritizing features, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and other teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing evolution of our products.

Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

- Gather and prioritize product requirements and features, and translate them into clear and actionable user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development, testing, and release of high-quality products and features on time and within budget.

- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure that product requirements are understood, implemented correctly, and delivered with the highest level of quality.

- Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights, and use them to inform product decisions and strategies.

- Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of our products, and use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize product performance and user experience.

- Communicate product updates, progress, and decisions to stakeholders, and solicit feedback and input to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization.

- Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs and interests throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to launch.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Passion for technology, innovation, and user experience, with a deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Knowledge of design thinking, UX/UI principles, and usability testing methodologies is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and resilience.
