Rehovot Dairy, one of the largest and leading dairies in Israel, is seeking an Operational Process Improvement Manager to lead excellence initiatives and performance improvement across a complex and dynamic process‑based manufacturing site.
Role Overview
Leading end‑to‑end operational improvement processes, including development and implementation of standards.
Managing cross‑organizational projects, coaching managers and employees, and leading a team of excellence champions.
A strategic and hands‑on role with direct impact on efficiency, quality, safety, and operational culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree – mandatory (Industrial Engineering & Management or Mechanical Engineering – an advantage).
3+ years of experience in an operational role within a process‑based manufacturing environment (production / process improvement / project management) - mandatory
Proven experience in leading processes, working in a matrix environment, and managing projects.
Familiarity with LEAN methodologies – an advantage.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
