מרכיב/ה במחלקת צב"ד (ציוד בדיקה)

תיאור התפקיד: ביצוע הרכבות מכאניות וחשמליות של מערכות צב"ד, חיווט מכלולים וארונות בקרה בהתאם לתיעוד הנדסי. התפקיד דורש דיוק גבוה, הבנה טכנית והקפדה על איכות הביצוע.

תחומי אחריות:

• חיווט והרכבה של צמות, מכלולים וארונות חשמל/אלקטרוניקה.
• ביצוע הלחמות עדינות של רכיבים וקונקטורים.
• עבודה מול שרטוטים חשמליים ומכאניים (Wiring Diagrams / Schematics).
• הבטחת איכות ההרכבה בהתאם לסטנדרטים של החברה.

דרישות התפקיד:

• הבנה וקריאה של שרטוטים חשמליים – חובה.
• ניסיון מוכח בחיווט מכלולים, צמות או ארונות חשמל.
• אוריינטציה טכנית גבוהה וידיים טובות.
• ניסיון מעשי בהלחמות רכיבים – יתרון משמעותי.
• יוצאי חיל האוויר/תקשוב/חימוש בדרג ב' או ד' במקצועות החשמל או האלקטרוניקה – יתרון משמעותי.
• ירידה לפרטים, סדר וארגון, יכולת עבודה בצוות.

Assembler – Test Equipment Department (ATE)

Job Description:

Mechanical and electrical assembly of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems, including wiring of assemblies and control cabinets according to engineering documentation.

The role requires high precision, strong technical understanding, and strict adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Wiring and assembly of cable harnesses, assemblies, and electrical/electronic cabinets

• Performing delicate soldering of components and connectors

• Working with electrical and mechanical drawings (Wiring Diagrams / Schematics)

• Ensuring assembly quality in accordance with company standards

Requirements:

• Professional Knowledge: Ability to read and understand electrical drawings – Mandatory

• Practical Experience: Proven experience in wiring assemblies, harnesses, or electrical cabinets

• Technical Skills: Strong technical orientation and good hands-on abilities

• Soldering: Practical soldering experience – Significant advantage

• Military Background: Israeli Air Force / Communications Corps / Ordnance Corps (Level B or D) in electrical or electronics roles – Significant advantage

• Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work in a team
