Job Description

Sweet Security is looking for a Product Director to lead and scale our product organization, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our cloud security platform. In this role, you’ll manage a team of Product Managers and work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that address complex cloud security challenges.

We’re looking for a strategic leader with deep technical knowledge in cybersecurity and hands-on product experience. Job Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers.
• Strong technical background (engineering or hands-on product experience) with the ability to engage deeply with development teams.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity and cloud technologies, with a solid understanding of security practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container orchestration platforms (especially Kubernetes); direct experience in cloud security is a strong plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams around a product vision.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic start-up environment while balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
  
  

• Define and drive the global product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Sweet Security’s cloud platform.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Translate market insights and customer needs into actionable strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver products that maximize adoption and customer value.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement across products and processes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud and security to ensure Sweet Security maintains its competitive edge.
