Global Demand Planner

VPG is looking for a Global Demand Planner to join our Business organization

The role focuses on demand forecasting and leading the S&OP process across global markets.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across products and global markets

• Own and lead the S&OP process, including preparation, facilitation, and insights

• Partner closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align demand plans

• Analyze demand drivers, market trends, and forecast accuracy (Forecast vs. Actuals)

• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to support supply and availability

Main Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning / S&OP / Sales Analyst
• Experience working in a global manufacturing organization
• Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and demand drivers
• Advanced Excel (forecasting models, pivot tables, data analysis)
