Edikted is a global E-commerce powerhouse and one of the fastest-growing fashion brands today. We disrupt the industry by merging real-time data analytics with rapid-response supply chains. As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a Franchise Operations & Success Manager to lead our international partner relations and manage our proprietary franchise infrastructure.
You will be the operational lead for our international franchisers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of franchise partners—from product selection and order execution to data-driven performance consulting
Core Responsibilities
- Partner Success & Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our global franchisers. You will provide high-level support, ensuring partners are aligned with the brand and equipped for success.
- In-House Platform Operations: Manage and help define our proprietary franchise portal. You will oversee the core modules including:
- Product Selection: Guiding partners to choose inventory based on specific regional parameters.
- Order Lifecycle: Tracking order statuses from placement to delivery.
- Documentation: Managing the issuance of essential commercial and shipping documents.
- Replenishment: Handling order requests to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze franchiser sales reports and performance data. You will identify trends, spot "red flags," and provide actionable recommendations to help partners optimize their sell-through and growth.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central "connector" between our production offices, internal Content and Marketing teams, and the franchisers.
- Technical Liaison: Work directly with our in-house development team to translate operational needs into technical requirements for the franchise platform, ensuring the system evolves with the business.
Required Qualifications
- Operations or Success Experience: Proven track record in operations, supply chain, or account management within the fashion or retail sectors.
- Analytical Command: High level of data literacy. You must be able to read complex reports and translate numbers into business strategy.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience working with internal software tools or ERPs. You should be comfortable acting as a "Product Owner" for the franchise portal.
- Global Communication: Exceptional English (written and verbal) is mandatory. You will be communicating daily with international partners and stakeholders.
- Leadership Mindset: A proactive operator who can manage multiple moving parts independently and has the vision to grow with the department.
