What You’ll Achieve

As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment, creating scalable and reliable software solutions.

In this role, you will take on a high-impact position within the Platform team, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex system challenges, working closely with data, and thriving in fast-changing environments. You will design and implement features end‑to‑end, lead development workflows, and act as a technical leader across the full stack.

You will:

• Contribute to the design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage environments
• Design, develop, and maintain data‑intensive and high‑scale applications
• Lead hands-on development across front-end and backend components
• Debug and support live production systems across multiple domains
• Prepare, review and evaluate software/storage specifications for products and systems

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience and 5 years working hands‑on with Python for Machine Learning
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable ML and GenAI pipelines using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or ONNX
• Strong hands‑on experience designing, deploying and operating AI/ML applications in Kubernetes environments, including containerization and AIOps responsibilities (build, deploy, debug, test)
• Ability to design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions—from research and architecture through implementation and production deployment—within fast‑paced environments
• Experience developing AI‑driven applications, tools and marketplace components with a strong focus on customer‑centric problem‑solving and technical ownership
  
  

Desirable Requirements

• Master of Science degree in a related field
• Experience developing GenAI‑based applications or platform‑level AI components
