Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Research & Development (VP R&D) located in Sderot. The VP R&D will lead the research and development efforts to drive the company's innovation in advanced energy solutions. Responsibilities include spearheading the development of cutting-edge battery technologies, coordinating R&D projects, analyzing market needs, and bringing new products from concept to commercialization. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities are essential for ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and hands-on experience in technology innovation.
• Proven ability in conducting comprehensive Market Research and identifying industry trends and needs.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Quantitative Research, data analysis, and interpreting research findings.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results under strict timelines.
• Background in energy technologies, battery systems, or related fields is highly desired.
• Advanced degree in engineering, physics, or a related scientific field is preferred.
