Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our ML Platform team, who will be responsible for scaling our ML data and training infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. This role requires strong technical background, strategic leadership, and a deep understanding of AI/ML workflows, Large data systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a Data & MLops team fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
- Drive the development of data and labeling infrastructure to support AI training.
- Build and implement MLOps methodologies and tooling for the organization.
- Work closely with the entire Algo organization teams and R&D functions to align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Managerial experience of at least 5 years leading mid-size Data / SW development teams (6-8 ppl) in large enterprises
- Demonstrate successful deployment to production of complex Software / Data systems.
- At least 10 years of experience developing large data system in support of algorithmic / analytic applications. Prior experience with ML, Computer Vision or Computer Graphics is highly desirable.
- Experience designing and implementing large scale MLOps workflows.
- Strong track record working with cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects in an agile environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and collaboration abilities
- Fluent in English
