Data Scientist

A highly profitable, private technology firm in the Performance Marketing sector is expanding its core AI capabilities.

Operating on a successful Bootstrap model, the company has been profitable since day one without external investors, serving a massive global client base.

Their platform leverages advanced AI to generate and sell high-intent leads, helping businesses scale their user acquisition with maximum efficiency and reduced costs.

The company is located in Tel Aviv (on the train line) and operates a hybrid model with one day of remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Founding ML Team: Joining a newly established Machine Learning unit with full end-to-end ownership from problem formulation to production monitoring.
• Applied Research: Developing sophisticated models primarily for Tabular Data, focusing on extracting predictive signals from complex, unstructured datasets.
• Production-Grade AI: Implementing and optimizing models in Production, ensuring high performance and low inference latency.
• Full ML Lifecycle: Leading data exploration, feature engineering, experimental design, and model validation using modern MLOps tools.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Data Engineering teams to build robust experiment tracking, versioning, and deployment pipelines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Researcher or Data Scientist – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in Applied Research and delivering models to production – Mandatory.
• Strong background in Machine Learning fundamentals and AI methodologies – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience with Tabular ML and working with Big Data – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Experimental Design, causality, and model validation.
• Familiarity with MLOps (Experiment tracking, Deployment pipelines) – Significant Advantage.
• Experience in the Marketing-Tech or Ad-Tech industries – Significant Advantage.
