AI Engineer

A promising Stealth-mode startup is redefining the software development lifecycle by building an autonomous AI Agent designed to detect and resolve bugs automatically.

Founded by a high-profile leadership team including a CEO with a senior background from a tier-1 Cyber company and a CTO who is a successful serial entrepreneur the company recently secured a significant Seed round.

This is a rare opportunity to join as a Founding Engineer, shaping the technological foundation and product direction from the very beginning.

The company is located in a central Tel Aviv hub (adjacent to the train station) and operates a hybrid work model with two days of remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Founding Impact: Joining as a core member of the initial engineering team, reporting directly to the CEO with significant influence on technical and strategic decisions.
• AI & Backend Integration: Leading the development of an advanced AI system, bridging the gap between LLMs and robust Backend infrastructure.
• Product Evolution: Taking the product from Proof of Concept (PoC) to a Production-Ready MVP, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Autonomous Innovation: Developing sophisticated AI Agents and automation tools that interface with complex codebases to identify and fix vulnerabilities.
• Cloud Architecture: Designing and deploying scalable services within an AWS environment.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional Engineering experience – Mandatory.
• 4+ years of hands-on Python development – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in Backend development and managing Production-grade systems – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Cloud infrastructure (AWS) – Mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in an independent, high-velocity, early-stage startup environment – Mandatory.
• Experience or strong interest in LLMs, AI Agents, and the modern AI stack – Significant Advantage.
