Full Stack Team Leader

A successful Mobility-Tech company is redefining the future of fleet management. Founded by industry veterans and recently acquired by a global automotive corporation, the company continues to operate with the agility and innovative spirit of a startup, now backed by massive financial stability.

Their platform leverages advanced algorithms and predictive analytics to help rental companies and car-sharing operators optimize fleet utilization, predict demand, and implement dynamic pricing in real-time.

The company is located in Tel Aviv (within walking distance of the train station) and offers a flexible hybrid model (1–2 days from home).

Role Overview:

• Team Leadership: Managing a team of 5–6 engineers, fostering professional growth, and maintaining high delivery standards.
• Hands-on Development: Maintaining a 40% hands-on presence, leading by example in a 50/50 Fullstack environment.
• Technical Guidance: Reporting to the Group Lead and taking ownership of end-to-end feature development using Node.js and React.
• Scaling Systems: Improving and scaling a complex system that manages thousands of vehicles worldwide using real-time data and optimization algorithms.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a management or team lead role – Mandatory.
• Professional experience in Fullstack Development with a balanced focus – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on proficiency in Node.js – Mandatory.
• Strong professional experience with React – Mandatory.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced product company – Significant Advantage.
• Ability to mentor developers while remaining technically "sharp" and involved in the code
