Full Stack Engineer

A promising, early-stage Cybersecurity startup operating in Stealth Mode is building a disruptive Identity Security platform.

Founded by a high-profile leadership team combining elite military intelligence backgrounds.

Having recently secured a significant Seed round from premier US-based VCs, the team is already collaborating with design partners and initial customers.

The company is located in a central Tel Aviv hub (accessible by the Light Rail) and operates an in-office work model to foster the collaborative energy of a founding team.

Role Overview:

• Joining as one of the first engineering hires, playing a foundational role in building the product from the ground up.
• Leading the development of a rich, complex web platform with a heavy emphasis on Frontend (80% orientation).
• Designing and implementing scalable architectures using React, TypeScript, and Go.
• Collaborating directly with the founders to translate the product vision into high-end user experiences and secure backend logic.
• Taking full ownership of features, from initial design to production deployment in an enterprise-grade environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining production, enterprise-level products – Mandatory.
• Strong professional experience in Frontend development (React / TypeScript / JavaScript) – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in Backend development (Go, Python, Java, or Node.js) – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience building rich, data-intensive web applications – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with modern stacks (e.g., Tailwind, React Query, PostgreSQL) – Significant Advantage.
