Job Description:

• Collecting, analyzing, defining, and documenting business and technical requirements with the client.

• Analyzing existing processes (AS-IS) and defining future processes (TO-BE).

• Preparing high-level functional and technical specification documents.

• Defining system screens and user experience (UI/UX), including flowcharts and scenario descriptions.

• Defining integration processes and interfaces between systems.

• Ongoing work and professional coordination with project managers, developers, testers, and end users throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Working according to the AGILE methodology and managing requirements and tasks in the TFS system.

• Supporting implementation and go-live processes, including user support.

• Providing ongoing support and maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and delivering professional responses to clients.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in Systems Analysis – mandatory.

• Experience in practical projects in Cloud and/or On-Premises environments on Microsoft Dynamics 365 – mandatory.

• Experience in writing functional and technical specification documents.

• Experience working with clients and leading end-to-end requirement analysis processes.

• Familiarity with the AGILE methodology and task management tools (such as TFS).

• Knowledge and experience in systems analysis and/or software testing (manual and automated) – significant advantage.

• Understanding of integration processes and Web Services / APIs – significant advantage.
