DevOps Manager

We are looking for an experienced and visionary DevOps Team Lead to join us. This is a key role in a leading technology organization, where you will manage a professional team while implementing an end-to-end DevOps philosophy.

The role combines significant hands-on contribution with leadership of a team (5+ members), driving diverse projects and applying advanced tools and methods to continuously improve development, integration, and release processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a professional DevOps team as part of a larger, global DevOps group.
• Responsibility for the implementation of DevOps methodologies across various projects.
• Develop, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using advanced tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Constantly refine automation and processes throughout the SDLC.
• Assist development and integration teams in version delivery across Dev, Test, and Client environments.
• Work within Linux and Windows environments, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Partner with Security, Architecture, and Cloud teams to drive DevSecOps and cloud optimization.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a large DevOps team
• Proven experience in developing CI/CD processes with GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Mastery of Git for code and configuration management.
• Proficient in Bash and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes – Must
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform – Significant advantage.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices – Advantage.
• Experience with public (AWS) or private cloud environments – Advantage.
