The AI Nurture team uses cutting-edge AI and GenAI technologies to revolutionize the apartment renting experience. We engage with millions of renters every month, bridging the gap between renters and property managers and building the best AI leasing agent in the industry.

We’re a company with a warm, collaborative (“homie”) atmosphere that loves to win together. Our office is located near the Tel-Aviv train station, and we work in a hybrid model (2 days a week in the office).

Here's What You'll Do As An AI Trainer

• Review, classify, and tag diverse text data from multiple sources (emails, voice calls, texts, chatbots)
• Evaluate AI predictions and assess model accuracy—did the AI get it right?
• Identify issues, edge cases, and opportunities to improve the AI models
• Analyze data patterns to help the models learn and perform better
• Suggest product and process improvements to help us build the best AI leasing agent in the industry
