Warehouse Manager

Overall responsibility for the management, operation, and oversight of all company warehouses. The role includes managing the warehouse staff, overseeing the entire logistical supply chain (from raw material receipt to finished goods issuance), and maintaining full inventory control.

• Logistics Operations Management: Full responsibility for the receiving, unloading, recording, and issuing processes of raw materials for production lines, as well as shipping finished products to customers.
• Inventory Management & Control: Conducting periodic and ongoing inventory counts, identifying discrepancies, resolving inventory issues, and collaborating with the Purchasing Department.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing the daily performance of warehouse staff, including task allocation and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Safety, Organization, and Quality: Implementing and supervising safety regulations, including forklift and lifting equipment operations. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and adherence to quality standards and required regulations.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management / Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Experience working with inventory management and control systems (ERP). Experience with Priority – a significant advantage.
• Previous experience in warehouse management and/or team leadership – a significant advantage.
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain a neat and structured work environment.
• Systems thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate others to meet KPIs and targets.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously (Multitasking).
