Legal Operations Manager

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for law and process optimization? We are looking for an energetic Legal Operations Manager to drive the success of our immigration projects. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between complex legal requirements and seamless client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Launch and oversee end-to-end immigration projects for corporate and private clients.
• Lead US Embassy consular processing, including account management, DS-160 reviews, and interview prep.
• Manage data flows and team collaboration through our customized application suite and case management software.
• Act as a primary communicator for clients regarding visa processing and passport status updates.
• Support attorneys with document management, translation requests, and filing fee organization.
• Review submission checklists and coordinate directly with external vendors.
• Maintain internal tracking boards and update systems for future visa expiration dates.
• Perform occasional light translations (Hebrew to English) and ad hoc operational tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Native-level English with faultless spelling and grammar; advanced Hebrew is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a business, legal, or operations setting (immigration experience is a major plus).
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to clients at all levels.
• Exceptional prioritization skills and the flexibility to occasionally work outside standard office hours to meet deadlines.
