Role Overview

As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will provide first-line technical support to internal users in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal employees

• Deliver application-level support

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Support Microsoft Windows and Office environments

• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Exchange

Requirements

• At least 2 years of internal technical support experience (military experience is acceptable)

• Experience working with Microsoft Office and Windows environments

• Experience managing permissions in Active Directory and Exchange

• Relevant certifications – advantage
