Technical Project Manager

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Technical Project Manager for a leading financial organization

We are looking for a strong Technical Project Manager to lead complex digital initiatives in a dynamic, high-impact financial environment.

Role Overview

In this role, you will lead cross-functional digital projects end-to-end, combining technical understanding with strong delivery management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary digital projects from initiation to delivery

• Define product Roadmaps, milestones, and priorities

• Work in Agile environments – manage Backlog and prioritize User Stories

• Coordinate between Engineering teams and business units

• Ensure delivery aligned with objectives, timelines, and quality standards

• Manage E2E project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager and/or Product Owner

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in Agile environments

• Hands-on experience managing full E2E project lifecycle

• Strong technical background and familiarity with SDLC processes and relevant tools

• Experience working with Jira and Confluence

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
