An international design and production studio is seeking an Junior Production Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of global exhibition projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior industrial designer or a candidate with a strong operational/production background who wants to grow into a full production manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Manager in coordinating the production of exhibition booths from concept to installation.
- Support logistics, technical forms, production s, and scheduling.
- Communicate with suppliers, collect quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage procurement.
- Maintain and update project Gantt schedules, files, and internal workflows.
- Source and manage branded items and giveaways for exhibitions when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Help optimize administrative processes, templates, and operational systems.
- Travel abroad for project supervision when required (average 8–12 flights per year).
Requirements
- Academic background in industrial design
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, production, or operations roles.
- Strong negotiation and supplier-management capabilities.
- High-level English — spoken and written — a must.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Monday.com, and AI tools.
- Ability to travel abroad when needed.
